Broken Box Designs, LLC Terms Of Usage Agreement

ATTENTION: Your use of this Website indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, which apply to ALL Products on the Website.

Broken Box Stock (www.brokenboxstock.com) is the stock department of Broken Box Designs, LLC (www.brokenboxdesigns.com). The terms and conditions are set by Broken Box Designs, LLC.

"Product" = All files used/downloaded from www.BrokenBoxStock.com 

1. COPYRIGHTS:
Products purchased from the Website do NOT include copyrights. Rather, the Website allows usage of the Products as defined below in sections 3 and 4. Products purchased may be used ONLY on a NONEXCLUSIVE and NONTRANSFERABLE basis, upon receipt of payment. The Website retains ALL copyrights and rights to the Products. 

2. LICENSES: 
You must select one of the following license options for each Product on this Website.

Credit Required License: You must give credit to "Broken Box Designs, LLC" anywhere our Product is displayed. For onine use: (on web pages displaying our Product) make "Graphic by Broken Box Designs, LLC." a clickable link to: http://www.brokenboxdesigns.com. For offline use: write "Graphic by Broken Box Designs, LLC." anywhere our Product is displayed.

No Credit Required: Pay the extra fee associated with each Product & credit is NOT required for that Product. 

Mass Production: Select this license if you plan to produce more than 500 pieces/products/etc using our Product. You will pay the extra fee associated with each Product. Credit is not required for the use of Products with purchase of our "Mass Production" license.

Note: Usage Terms apply to each license listed above.

3. FORBIDDEN USES:
DO NOT resell our Products on other stock imagery sites as: stock art, clipart, stock imagery, stock illustration and similar products. 

DO NOT attempt to copyright any part of our Products as a: trademark, service mark, logo or part thereof.

DO NOT copyright any design or creation that includes our Products.

DO NOT resell, distribute or sub-license our Products or the rights to use the Products to ANYone for ANY purpose. 

DO NOT resell our Products in their original format. Products have to be incorporated into a project that you have created in order to be re-sold.

DO NOT display or post our Products in any way that makes it easy for people to copy, save or steal our Products. 

DO NOT remove any copyright or trademark information from any place in our Products. 

DO NOT post any Products in a gallery format designed or intended to facilitate transfers of files (Products) via the internet by individual users. 

DO NOT use our Products in any way that violates civil and criminal laws such as those regulating pornography, obscenity, fraudulent schemes, counterfeiting, espionage, and aid to illicit activities. 

4. PERMITTED USES:
As long as you do not violate any of the above “Forbidden Uses” in section 3 the Website permits usage of its Products in the following manners:

YOU MAY supply third parties (such as printers) a TEMPORARY copy of the Product, IF it is necessary in order to complete your design/product.

5. DISCLAIMER: 
You expressly agree that the use of all Products distributed by the Website is at your sole risk. All images distributed by the Website are provided on as "as is" and "as available" basis and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. The Website assumes NO responsibility for any actions or liabilities arising from the possession or use of our Product/s. Under no circumstances shall the Website be liable to you or any third-party for any indirect, consequential incidental special or punitive damages, including but not limited to: lost profits and business interruption, irrespective of the type of cause of action, arising in any way from use of the Website, even if the Website is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the Website's liability exceed the fees paid for the use of the Product. No oral advice or written information given by the Website, shall create a warranty; nor shall customer rely on any such information or advice. You acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, images, product and services available through this Website.
